  • Doors:   Our Easy-to-lift roll-up metal doors have top & bottom weather stripping feature for virtually
    dust-free storage. Did we also mention that our aisles are all blacktop-paved (not gravel)
  • Site Drainage: The storage facility was built on the site for no other purpose than self storage. The site was
    engineered for dramatic water control drainage away from unit doors and directly into our    
    own storm water system.
  • Dry Units:  All storage units have clean raised concrete floors with interior water control design. Steel interior
    walls with ceiling insulation are well ventilated. Insulated ceilings control condensation from dripping on your belongings.
  • Clean Units:  All storage units feature secure metal interior walls collect less dust & moisture than conventional
    older unit designs that may be of wood, drywall or block.
  • Aisles:  Blacktop-paved aisles provide a dust-free storage facility. Wide aisles for easy pull-up access to your
